Pinkfly began with Anjan's belief that women building businesses deserve more than encouragement - they deserve access to the right people, knowledge, mentorship and opportunities to help turn ambition into progress. Through his own experiences and conversations with women founders, Anjan saw the determination it takes to build, grow and prove a business. He also saw an opportunity to create something that could bring the ecosystem closer together - founders, mentors, experts, peers and opportunities.

That belief became Pinkfly. Today, Pinkfly is being built as a community where women founders can connect, learn, grow and go further - with the support of an ecosystem that believes in what they are building.
